Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel whenever you like #

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep your credits and limits until then. After that, your account moves to the Free plan — your account isn't closed.

2. Refunds #

Payments are non-refundable. We don't refund part-used months or years, because the AI services behind each edit cost us money the moment you use them.

Instead of a trial refund, the Free plan lets you use GoTrimy properly before paying — real videos, every AI feature, no watermark.

3. When we will refund #

Fairness matters more than the rule above. We'll refund you if:

• You were charged twice for the same period
• You were charged after cancelling
• A fault on our side made the service unusable for a significant part of your billing period
• The law where you live requires it

4. Credits #

Credits are part of your plan, not separately purchased currency. They reset monthly, don't carry over, and have no cash value. Credits consumed by a job that failed through our fault are returned automatically.

5. Changing plans #

• Upgrading takes effect immediately, and your new limits and credits apply at once.
• Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you paid for.

6. If we change prices #

Existing subscribers keep their price until the end of the current period, and we'll tell you before any increase applies. You can cancel before it takes effect.
